Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Arcadia Extract Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used CBD products.

To start a return:

 with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error or sent a defective product.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at: contact@arcadiaextractshop.com

 within 7 days of receiving your order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at: contact@arcadiaextractshop.com


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Sale items (unless defective)
