Returns

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used CBD products.
To start a return:

with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error or sent a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

within 7 days of receiving your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
