Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where applicable.

If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it’s been lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
